How the shit was this the [#1 post on my reddit home page](https://i.imgur.com/9iB92Cc.jpg) when it was submitted 1 minute ago and is currently at 0 points (50% upvoted) and had zero comments? It wasn’t even a promoted ad post.

Seems if you just make a thread in /r/gadgets you get to the top of reddit automatically.
12 lead EKG’s only use 10 wires (4 limb, 6 precordial), the article is not correct. While the doctor being quoted is spot on, the author clearly doesn’t have much medical knowledge.
How many people have this as their number 1 post for seemingly no reason?

This feels more like a paid advertisement.
We have a Alivecor Kardia which is a small single lead ECG that you have to link to your phone then hold it with a finger from each hand. It’s very useful for people with heart problems. Having it on a smart watch with you all the time is a huge leap forward.
