Seems honest! Giving a 10/10 would mean there’s no room for improvement. Perhaps this is a nod toward the idea that there is *always* room for improvement, and thus he is never going to give a perfect 10.
I realize a 10 is not possible on his scale and a 9.8 would be equivalent, but nonetheless it seems like a rhetorical statement.
I don’t know, I think it deserves a solid 5/7.
Suspicious. 9.114 = 93% of 9.8. This might mean that he actually gives marks out of 100 and then scales the result appropriately.
